- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Focus on what matters (teaching the students). The students need good teachers more then they need good researchers. Also, "R1 status" is not that important in the real world. Quality of teaching matters.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes, I am the lowest paid employee and currently covering two positions
