What makes you most happy at work?

Head down writing code and solving problems for people. Teaching people things. Working with the forward looking departments.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are so overworked, understaffed and underpaid compared to sister institutions. Turnover is a huge problem. We need to get paid at market level and hire more folks to help us distribute the workload.
