What did you like most about the interview process? At the time, the people who interviewed me (since retired) were open, honest, and friendly.
What makes you most happy at work? The students are good, but leaving is the best part of the day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The culture is one of CYA. No one in administration takes responsibility for anything. They lay all failure at the feet of whoever is below them on the org chart. It's a culture of blame. It needs a complete overhaul.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Meetings are painfully meaningless. The higher up the person who is holding the meeting, the bigger the waste of time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay doesn't compare to peer institutions. Benefits are lacking. For example, our health insurance was not accepted by the largest local health system until recently. Admin salaries are huge. Those of us so Ng the day to day work can't keep up with peers or inflation.
