What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Expensive. Bureacratic. Inflexible for all of the wrong reasons.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

fair for leadership. so it jumps significantly after manager

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Um..recruiters are just 'first line of defense'. My case they missed first meeting and asked to meet at Subway Restaurant so they could expense lunch...went downhill from there.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less meetings without direct purpose. PMO leads need to understand what they are talking about and not just follow PMBOK. Truly push decisions to those that are SME's not some guy who has never done it. Oh and being a PMO in Marketing doesn't make you a guru
