- What do you like best about the leadership team?Direct manager is great. C suite takes the position of work according to their rules or leave. Flexibility has been removed, micro managing in office time and not enough staff for the work load.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Recently downgraded medical insurance. Canceled hybrid remote schedule to force staff in office full time. There's a resentment from c suite for work life balance and flexibility even when there is no loss in productivity
