Overall it has been a great experience and even if I could go back, I wouldn't change working for this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good work environment, good work/life balance and understanding. Fun office environment where we feel more relaxed and at home than what I've ever experienced before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all respect each others differences, we have a diverse staff and we act professionally always when dealing with clients (potential or otherwise) and fellow employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a good understanding of work/life balance and are understanding of our needs but also have a vision to our companies needs for continuing to be successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel we have a good personal time/vacation time policy as well as I've used my dental insurance recently and the insurance we went with this year was considered to be in the top 10% when considering the percentage of work that they covered fully.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That in the end I was hired. It was also good to see that even though the process was fairly intense, that the company was doing their due diligence (at least as much as possible) to insure that they only hire the best candidates available for the position who really want to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get stuff done when we need it to be done, we enjoy ourselves in the process. It's not always easy to have multiple people all working together in a team and have every one get along and not have any heavily conflicting personalities in the group, though we seem to have a good dynamic in ours.
