I am paid well under median for my position in the market.

Considering the ideas of those doing the work. Come to us with problems, not solutions.

The culture and how the Execs at least seem to feel like subordinates are humans and genuinely care about them.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Pay scale increases and general work-life-balance improvements. If you want employees to give you more than 40 hours per week, at least pay them well.
