I don't receive a compensation package. I am not at that level in the company.

My manager just doesn't understand that it is hard to separate your personal from professional. Sometimes those lines are going to cross.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and giving people the right information. There are to many things that are not told to people until they have already done it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Split focus between sales and customer service. Too much focus on one or the other doesn't do much for the company as a whole.
