Definitely our supervisors. Having more experience on the job, they always know what's best and are always able to come up with a solution
The guidance and leadership given is a life changing lesson for me personally I really enjoy my time working there
Guides employees to become better
Its easy to understand but not too details
Supportive and reachable . change driven
-Being helpful, considerate, and fair -Actually taking the time to teach trainees -Hiring more staff
They need to be mlre honest and more commmunicative, and tbh they need to stop training so nit picky, and they should be more slower pace
have more knowledge of how to treat employees and the public
They need to truly know their team, listen to them, and making sure they have the tools to succeed. They can do better at being more self aware, and definitely improve verbal/tone/body language communication. Leadership really needs to improve their team development skills, and lead by example.
They need to learn coaching skills. Japanese people are goog at managing people but bad at leading people.
Ticket restaurants and health insurance
Basic health benefits and merchandise discount
Travel allowance is the best
Pto,sick hours and leave of absence if neeeded
The benefits overall are great

Those of us who are part time are not given hours to work only 5 to 10 a week and if one is missing they are given a warning, to have more hours and workers who know how to work
Each morning a team talk is held, a very quick thank you is said, then follows a list of things that need to be done and how we "can do better!". There is no genuine appreciation for staff, we get paid minimum wage. They wokld pay us less if they legally could, that says it all.
Im a latina and the world under values me for being me. There could be more information on how to be promoted faster
They need a clear definition of the job title and compensation compared to other successful brands especially western brands.
Because the don't value if someone having higher knowledge form there manager. they only follow rattafication is you are grasp word to word then only you are consider as valuable employee. if your answer is same in different language so my brother you are useless in this company
Review from Operations Dept
Most are helpful, considerate, and willing to teach you if you're a new hire.
They are good on that,
Most of them are around my age. We all come from different backgrounds, which makes the workplace stimulating and enriching
The passion and quality of guidance and friendship has given me a better perspective on retail
They like to play ping pong on a casket
Efficiency and dedication is not always same level for all coworkers
They need basic management skills.
Talk to each other like actual human beings rather than sloganeering robots.
It comes from the managemant, they need to improve and then the staff can improve as well... it all comes from the top
Lose the mandatory, ceremonial meetings held every morning, and just let people work. Not everyone needs to memorize your top-selling items when you're HR messaged are overdue and there are equipment shortages. Get your priorities straight.
Positive in sense of orfesisonalism but negative socially
I think the colleagues are the most positive aspect about the work environment
The group and family oriented aspect as well as the teamwork to make the dream a reality
Kind of like a panel of judges giving each other pats on the back
Team work and understanding to each other
Management to change completely. they are arrogant and selfish, should treat all staff fair not favor their friends or the ones they like, sick leave should change, i had serious infection, update store manager daily, proof of ambulance visiting me n face 3 discussions for absence, unbelievable rude
Top - middle management needs to have people development training, especially emtional intelligence is required in such demanding company. Need to hire diverse people (non-Japanese, non- Asian) especially at the high executive level
This answer only helps you to keep you working environment better. I don't want to give any suggestion. find yourself after all you get paid for resolving these situation. if you don't find any answer ask sei san

a better manager other than Shaniqua, her attitude is very nasty
Managemant!!!!!!!! The most important to train them how to run a store and check on them because a lot of managers are lieing to everyone (area manager ect.) fake numbers and so on
The interview process was quite structured and they were quick in giving feedback
Not so formal while interviewing
It was interesting to join an interview with 4 more people, i haven’t done that befo
Responsive and flexible with my start date
Interview was more of behavioral rather than aptitude/ other skills
Meet more people working at the company.
Less information for the first time. People are leaving after induction day.
Every bad workplace I’ve been at has had group interviews. Managers and HR generally interview potential hires and often bad-mouth many of them outside of those interviews and sometimes even to current employee
Interacting with customers and my colleagues
Operating the self checkout is the best
Helping a customer and give them what they want
Getting things done and improving
Beautiful store , with Good achievement. Energetic team members.
Review from Sales Dept
Many people complain that the staff doesn’t look happy and that affects their mood when they enter, items will sell either way but the staff is what increases sales, so staff should be happier, actually listen to what the staff wants rather than what the company wants to earn and you’ll make do
Rude staff because of crazy LP rules and bad managemant
My manager just doesn't understand that it is hard to separate your personal from professional. Sometimes those lines are going to cross.
