Positive in sense of orfesisonalism but negative socially
I think the colleagues are the most positive aspect about the work environment
The group and family oriented aspect as well as the teamwork to make the dream a reality
Kind of like a panel of judges giving each other pats on the back
Team work and understanding to each other
Teamwork , even not always is achieved , without team is difficult
Food, people and the culture
have a good work team and an excellent manager, not people without any type of knowledge (study) to be able to lead a store

Management to change completely. they are arrogant and selfish, should treat all staff fair not favor their friends or the ones they like, sick leave should change, i had serious infection, update store manager daily, proof of ambulance visiting me n face 3 discussions for absence, unbelievable rude
Top - middle management needs to have people development training, especially emtional intelligence is required in such demanding company. Need to hire diverse people (non-Japanese, non- Asian) especially at the high executive level

a better manager other than Shaniqua, her attitude is very nasty
Managemant!!!!!!!! The most important to train them how to run a store and check on them because a lot of managers are lieing to everyone (area manager ect.) fake numbers and so on
