I appreciate how approachable and supportive the leadership team is.
Definitely our supervisors. Having more experience on the job, they always know what's best and are always able to come up with a solution
The guidance and leadership given is a life changing lesson for me personally I really enjoy my time working there
Guides employees to become better
Its easy to understand but not too details
Supportive and reachable . change driven
Nice but you have to work hard
Some leaders are really kind and nice people, others keep their head down and do their job, mostly they have so much pressure on them from higher ups and it's so awful.
Strong working culture between leadership team
They're really trained well and effectively
their confidence and their strategies to lead the team and to execute the best of their work
They are super attentive, lively, fast and innovative.
having a very good communication to each other
They are all text book wised, not business wised
They are always willing to listen and teach. Knowledge is power !
Review from Sales Dept
always support idea and layout
They are very accomodating and helpful in any ways that require
It's a pleasure to work with Uniqlo
Review from Operations Dept
No abuse of power , everyone works as a team
Review from Operations Dept
Okay, generally understanding and easy to work with.
Review from Sales Dept
-Being helpful, considerate, and fair -Actually taking the time to teach trainees -Hiring more staff
They need to be mlre honest and more commmunicative, and tbh they need to stop training so nit picky, and they should be more slower pace
have more knowledge of how to treat employees and the public
They need to truly know their team, listen to them, and making sure they have the tools to succeed. They can do better at being more self aware, and definitely improve verbal/tone/body language communication. Leadership really needs to improve their team development skills, and lead by example.
They need to learn coaching skills. Japanese people are goog at managing people but bad at leading people.
here leadership means to throw our work to our co staff. no one take any incentive as a leader.
Review from Operations Dept
being fair within the work area and actually be about "equal opportunities"
how to manage. care about your employees
Stop bullying people and start working instead of sitting in the office... we said the company is ok but the people who run the company in stores are the worst...
Everything. Professionalism, communication, and organization.
The leadership team needs to build a better connection with the employees
Communication and giving people the right information. There are to many things that are not told to people until they have already done it.
