Uniqlo Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most are helpful, considerate, and willing to teach you if you're a new hire.

They are good on that,

Most of them are around my age. We all come from different backgrounds, which makes the workplace stimulating and enriching

The passion and quality of guidance and friendship has given me a better perspective on retail

They like to play ping pong on a casket

Can communicate easily and easy to talk

They are bice and friendly

Most of them are really nice, we support each other and we organize the tasks that everyone does among us when the management’s allocation is not fair/ effective and we always end up having better results, everyone has the same complaints about the company and the manageme

You're bound to meet some very interesting people due to the extremely high turn over rate. People are generally pretty willing to help each other.

Theres community in my team and they all care about distributing the limited man hours evenly

the best part in my previous team that we are working as a competitor but they divide the team if they see any the sift you are hanging out all together. I don't know till know that why they interrupting in our personal time.

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Very fast past team make sure they guide in the right path will always seek more from you to grow as a person

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone is different but everyone works so well together

Review from Sales Dept

We all laugh and make jokes with each other that makes work fun.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Efficiency and dedication is not always same level for all coworkers

They need basic management skills.

Talk to each other like actual human beings rather than sloganeering robots.

It comes from the managemant, they need to improve and then the staff can improve as well... it all comes from the top

Lose the mandatory, ceremonial meetings held every morning, and just let people work. Not everyone needs to memorize your top-selling items when you're HR messaged are overdue and there are equipment shortages. Get your priorities straight.

The coworkers need to communicate and speak up when a problem arrises

They don't have courage to speak up when something is wrong.
