What do you like best about your company?Genuinely passionate and hard working team with a great mission
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is approachable but very focused on the goals of their department and the company. It's helpful to have managers that are willing to work alongside you and care about the rest of their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The company pays for 90% of our healthcare/dental/vision which is incredible - especially for the good coverage that we have. I also believe the pay is very competitive for our industry and our market.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Future growth plans could be improved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Stock options would be great!
