United Rentals Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was honest and up front. However as the years have gone by, this company has lost all of its values and just gloats to make their shareholders happy while neglecting the very employees that run the business.

They sell you on the company so you will be excited to start working. Thats where the excitemwnt ends. Its all lies and BS.

In person interview was good

Fair negotiation for fair pay

Review from Operations Dept

very good and very thorough

The interview process is their best face act and where they make the promises and highlight their "record". It all seemed like a great opportunity and environment to get into.

Provided information and details in advance of being hired.

The management made it comfortable

My interview as quick and the HR team worked over the weekend to get things done quickly.

Review from Sales Dept

The straight forward questions and quick response after interview process was completed

Thorough, yet personal. More like interesting conversation than a stuffy interview. They want to get to know YOU.
