Leadership needs to do what they say they're going to do instead of saying what they think employees want to hear.

Our new CEO has experience in various areas of the hospital, working her way up from a beginning as a lab tech.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance premiums have skyrocketed. You wouldn't think someone working for the hospital would have to pay so much to see a doctor there.
