Being able to practice skills, learn something new from each case and see exciting things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my department, we are paid generously. We are offered a lot of bonuses even on the as needed basis. Everyone has plenty of opportunities for hours and bonuses. The hourly rate is very competitive with surrounding hospitals.
