- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Communication was borderline nonexistent. No one seemed to be on the same page, and the people who made decisions weren't accessible. It felt like chaos wrapped in startup buzzwords. Focus less on image and more on actual internal systems that help people work.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation is below the industry average, but the bigger problem is the awful leadership.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership needs members who don't have huge egos and are willing to listen and improve.
