Good peers and manager but sadly they are limited to the bureaucracy of the higher executive team and have stagnant career path. Care more on recruiting new people rather than doing things to make people stay

Working on different products and potential to develop new technologies with great team mates

Friendly, helpful, insightful, open-minded. Really fun to collaborate and discuss with on and off work

Clearer structure and goals. Clearer career path for each employee and have constant feedback or updates

Working on new things that will escape my comfort zone and new solutions to fix certain problems

Helpful, non-toxic to tasks and deadlines, flexible, jolly, also helps each other out to improve and meet goals

Helpful and no blame culture. They really go the next step to help and no traces of blaming which promotes better results

Rob Stephens. Guy is both a pleasure and an honor to work with. Also great help and collaboration culture without any blame but all takes responsibility

Clearer goals to next position/promotion so that I can reach them within the allotted time and constant feedback for performance. Also more opportunities for contractors to reach the next level

Clearer career path and/or promotion guidelines. It has been way past the time that I should have been promoted and promised but somehow it gets too delayed by factors that should have been easy but most likely is too much bureaucracy in the executive side
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a contractor with no paid leaves so paid leaves even if only limited would be great. Also the pay could be a bit more competitive but I understand the situation the product I am working for is now on. Also after my first promotion career path is no longer updated
