We have team meetings sharing best practices. We have different projects and always collaborating, We also have coffee breaks to enjoy some none work time with the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I get the level of support that I need. There are frequent avenues of support even though it is a remote team. I get to learn more on operations during townhall. There are weekly meetings to show previous week's results and task reminders. There are also manager one on ones to get the help as needed
