The whole experience is smooth, friendly, yet professional. You are your own manager with a close supervision from your leader. The open door policy is the best thing that Upland has. I am so happy to be part of this company

What makes me happy is that we do not have bosses or managers, we have leaders and mentors.

They have a very effective open door policy, you can reach out whenever you have any problem or is you have any suggestions and they take it seriously.

We always their for each other and we had a lot of team building activities which is my opinion strengthened the bond between us as team mates and as human beings
