the challenges presented to make a smoother experience for our Operations Team

The commitment, being open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism. Also like the Managerial style.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so willing to help each other in order for us to achieve any goal

Compensation does not account inflation, so the salary remains static through the years if not by you triggering the conversation.

The interactions with my Teammates and the challenges on implementing new technologies that would benefit some areas of the Operations

How everyone does its best to back each other up and produce best quality software and solutions to ramp up productivity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty, the mentoring provided, and the opportunities to grow as a professional with implementing various technologies and working on their integration to the CRM
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't see much of a culture or company values imprinted on the day to day, we barely hear about any activity to raise morale or convey achieved milestones and goals for the future
