Constant collaboration. Open communication. Almost no communicaction delays. You don't feel alone at all.

They really give us the room to stretch our wings while working on the product. Plus open communication
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything. Except there should be paid annual leaves. I.e. should be allowed to take 10-12 working days off without salary deduction.

Always helpful. Both technically and morally. Having deep understanding of the product. Focusing proactively on how customers can be more staisfied.
