everyone has unique quality which they bring in to work like empathy, diplomatic, go getters, street smartness and so on, this make us acheivers. One thing is lost here is openess and trust, everyone is just like formally connected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is lack of recognition for contribution, I have made in any given assignment. A fair raise in compensation would be booster and motivator. I am looking to have freedom to explore, learn and grow in my area of expertise. Given a chance would like to work in HR Operations
