Its been great working here. I will recommend people probably of different sector because there is great opportunity for tech background or marketing people. Not for supporting staff. They are not valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation should be equal to the amount of work I am doing. The quality and the time I am providing to the company. I should get equally remunerated for the efforts I am putting. As of of, I am totally underpaid. I will only ask for what I deserve and what I am bringing to this company.
