We were able to make a difference in the work and in the business. It would be better if the company has a road map for itself and all its teams and execute it well.

great camradrie, good team work, understanding colleagues
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CTO and Srini are relatable. Others need to be present more and communicate more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no way to know whats happening in other teams. Same/similar work. No internal movement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont think Upstox has a company culture. The culture in teams depends on managers and the reports. some might be good, some might be bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation that I have now is below market. It needs to be revised. I am sure that to attract new talent company is paying more.
