Polite, so kind to provide free snacks
Cooperate with people as opposed to dictating at people. Many joined Uptake to get away from the red tape and the barriers, not enforce them

Very smart and quick on their feet. The autonomy works best here.
Actually listen to one another and respect everyone's ideas and opinions. Accept that not everyone knows everything, and help where you can
