Collins is a meat grinder. For all their claims of diversity and valuing employees they simply grind their employees down and spit them out. They replace them and them the cycle continues. Definitely a do not recommend.

Culture is driven top down. The senior leadership never changes so the culture will never change

The leadership team only cares about hitting metrics flowed down from corporate. Reality does not enter into the equation and anytime facts are brought into the discussion people are labeled as poor leaders offering excuses
