The company needs to place less importance on leaders and treat all employees equal.
Pay people for performance and cut out the dead wood managers.
Employees need to be listened to and trusted. Teams need to be staffed. When we leave millions on the table because we wont add one person to a team, we're broken.
People need to be employed who can actually do the job they are paid for.
