We are completely different but we unify for one goal and we are supporting each other and we use the strengths and grab the opportunities for improvement.

Peers and internal management work together. The divisional management and up seem uninvolved with the struggles and hardships of the lower level. Years ago company seemed to actually appreciate the dedication of the employees and rewarded people for getting quality product out in a timely manner.

My coworkers need to be able to do the job in the first place instead of just being someone's nephew.
They are too many petty people, favoritism and bullies.

We need to become effective at concise meetings which are scheduled with a desired outcome rather than a chat. If possible make the change during the meeting that way something has been accomplished
