We need to become effective at concise meetings which are scheduled with a desired outcome rather than a chat. If possible make the change during the meeting that way something has been accomplished

The skills, experiences and achievements are already hands off even in the resume. What they are looking is the character of the employees. Skills can be trained but the character is hard to change.

The unskilled relatives and friends of senior management do a terrible job. The couldn't care less if there's a fatal accident. They all need to be dismissed, and replaced with genuine people.
I don't feel there's any saving this company anymore. Management makes decisions without consulting engineering and then yells at engineers when the timeline set doesn't meet their expectations. Sick time has been slashed even during the pandemic. I think that says about all you need to know.
