Bureaucratic, well intended, slow, conservative, unimaginative, risk averse, irrational. We want to do the right thing, but we're too afraid to fail. Our leaders especially. So we get stuck second guessing instead of just doing what everyone know is right. Too much change has people feeling threat.

When theyre in person. Virtual meeting are more talk than listen

When my leaders trust me, support me, help me, and the company lets me use the technologies that i need to do my job rather than locking everything down.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be listened to and trusted. Teams need to be staffed. When we leave millions on the table because we wont add one person to a team, we're broken.
