My depatment is at the lowest point it could be at. Treated like we're 'not that important', no real sppreciation. The customers appreciate us more than anyone in administration.
Loss of union rights. Have lost too many benefits for years
They decreased PTO. Raises have never kept pace with inflation.
Paying a living wage in a city that is increasingly expensive
Profit centered for administration only. No care for staff shortages and safety
Attitudes and some display narcissistic behavior. It wears on you after years go by.

Start respecting your employees and give them raises that are reflective of their work, not the standard .42 cents that you give to all.
Fairer wage increases. More staff. More appreciation from the organization. Bring back staff meals for holidays. Bring back appreciation-"hero's work here" signs dont cut it
I really don't how, its so far gone. Its bad when your personal doctor/provider is complaining about the company during your office visit that I paid a copay for.

I hate the people. They're all so fake.
See previous comments. Lack of focus and priotitization. Strategic plan has too many projects, and new things are added. Put the focus back on the patient and value our front line.
