The don't just speak about transparency... they actively practice it
in 2020 they were all willing to take a pay cut instead of making the lower employees do the same or worse, lay them off.

The camaraderie we have together.
There has been a movement for change in leadership, but the pace and overall uptake seem to be lacking. The method is also multiple ideas taken from other successful businesses with a fancy new branding. Not sure how our management got to where they are without what is being taught currently.

What makes you most happy at work?
going home from work at the end
Being able to do my job to the best of my ability without the constant hovering or criticism of upper management, (checking percentages of how many times a bp was taken twice)
