Out of 15 Vac-Con employee reviews, 45% were positive. The remaining 55% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Vac-Con improve their work culture.

Take a moment to be humble and truly ask employees, "What can I do better to make our you successful, not just me"
They should care more about the people who.build trucks. A big fan is not enough to keep.us happy.

Bring in a consultant team of business experts to perform a comprehensive evaluation of all executive leadership, not on their knowledge of product, but knowledge of leadership and you would understand very quickly how inept they are at basic leadership skills.

At this point in the company's history, to change the leadership would mean a total overhaul and start over. I always see it as, if the president would leave the company for one month, would the company continue as usual or would it flounder? In most cases, the business continues as usual.
