The company is essentially at its make or break point with employee culture. If they make the strides to invest in their employees and care about them on a human level, they can do great things. However, tenured executives aren't a fan of this mindset.

I enjoy coming to work every day. The people I work with are intelligent, caring and passionate about the work that they do.
