Inadequate management with unreal expectations and zero room for negotiation for higher payer/compensation even after years of proven work plus goals reached.

The company is essentially at its make or break point with employee culture. If they make the strides to invest in their employees and care about them on a human level, they can do great things. However, tenured executives aren't a fan of this mindset.

When you see them around the office, they are very approachable. I have had very "normal" conversations with almost every member of the executive staff.

Analyzing pay of existing employees across departments. If two people in separate departments have equal importance and responsibilities, they should be paid similarly.

They are so creative, and always willing to work together to come up with new ideas of how to improve our processes.
