What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company attempts to compensate employees with snacks.

I feel supported by my manager and other employees are always willing to help.

Anyone at any level can contribute an idea that is used. It's not a terribly hierarchical environment.

I appreciate their acceptance of different points of views and their encouragement of diversity

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
