I like the fact that the job is steady in terms of work - my job duties are very clear, I know what to expect and what is expected from me at work and each day is a little different.

We have a set schedule and myself and my co-workers all get along well.

My interaction with my co-workers and the fact that we have steady work: we aren't bored and the time goes by fast.

They really do listen to us and are willing to step up and work with us. They don't stay hidden in an office.

I got the chance to meet multiple managers and was given a tour of the area where I would be working during the interview.

We get along well and help each other out when things get busy at work. We interact and communicate well with each other and often laugh with each other.
