There was times where I felt like I was the odd one out, while everyone else was upstairs helping, I was the only person doing production work. Even the manager wasn’t even there, she just told me to stay here and do this. It felt unfair while others with the same job title did the easy j
They say that if you're good at your job they will give you raises, but I've never actually seen anyone who they praised as doing extremely well get a raise out of it. I would like to see TM's compensated with a fair living wage and have their feedback valued and implemented.
I would like to see better benefits
Compensation should be based on the capabities, abilities and overall attitude/ ehavior of the employee.

I feel undervalued because the pay is low and there are no benefits at all.
I sometimes do my work and the work of others, and a raise of any kind would show that I can cross train which and should be making a little more than someone that has only one duty.
