What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very kind and friendly and informative and supportive
Very supportive the education is very great. They are so nice
They are very communicative and appreciate that I have medical issues they don't expect me to be 100% every day
They are upbeat and fun most of the time making it bearable to work there.
They really do listen to us and are willing to step up and work with us. They don't stay hidden in an office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the others at least
Valuing the input of TMS who have been doing this job for years, rather than implementing changes which are illogical and inefficient and then ignoring or disciplining TMs who give negative feedback about the new processes.
Leading, getting on the same page with each other
Communication and less micro managing
Leadership needs to communicate better
