Ms. Mary E. Meixelsperger has been the Chief Financial Officer of Valvoline Inc. since June 20, 2016. Ms. Meixelsperger is responsible for Valvoline's global financial organization, including financial accounting and reporting, treasury and finance, insurance, business development, planning and analysis, investor relations, tax and internal audit activities. Ms. Meixelsperger served as the Chief Financial Officer of DSW Inc.(also know as Value City Department Stores Inc; Value City Department Stores, Inc.) from May 1, 2014 to June 10, 2016 and as its Senior Vice President from April 21, 2014 to June 10, 2016. Ms. Meixelsperger is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ShopKo Stores Operating Co., LLC since December 10, 2007. Ms. Meixelsperger was responsible for all accounting, treasury, tax, planning and audit activities for the regional mass retailer. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for Worldmark Group, a private equity firm from 1986 to 1991. She served as Vice President and Treasurer at Shopko from August 2005 to 2014 and as its Vice President, Controller from April 2006 to 2014. Her experience included serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Credit Union National Association and Affiliates and as Chief Financial Officer for Rotary International. Before Shopko, Ms. Meixelsperger was the Chief Financial Officer for two non-profit organizations from 1993 to 2004. She started her career in public accounting at Arthur Young and Co. Ms. Meixelsperger studied Bachelor of Business Administration degree with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
