Some seasons are frustrating when it comes to recruiting. Managing others' emotions really is a struggle sometimes and also all the misinformation online doesn't help.

The manager pay is fantastic for young single people. However, it is harder to sustain a family long term. That said I believe the company is making great strides toward the efforts of making the Office Manager position a more competitive position. Excited to see whats coming!
