Some seasons are frustrating when it comes to recruiting. Managing others' emotions really is a struggle sometimes and also all the misinformation online doesn't help.

The manager pay is fantastic for young single people. However, it is harder to sustain a family long term. That said I believe the company is making great strides toward the efforts of making the Office Manager position a more competitive position. Excited to see whats coming!

there is a lot of drama and people talking bad about each other. it makes the work environment some what toxic.

The younger workers just don't give 100%. I get tired of hearing how "hard" they are working. When you work in a call center the phone is going to ring all day long.

care about lower level employee's input (especially if they have been around over a few years). Instead of hearing a concern and management brushing it off, realize that their jobs expose them to things that need addressed you might not realize.

As I mentioned earlier, it's just taking action against one particular divisional manager. Many people have left due to him. When I started, it was a different atmopshere and culture altogether.
