Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Well I have been here a year. So far so good. we still face big challenges trying to streamline processes. This is not a one size fits all business. proper care in evaluating the effects of changes on individual markets can greatly improve production and profit. The team here is top of the mark.

Winning mindset very competive buisness. Small company thinking less management oversite than other places

On the right path. More communication and dates on up comming changes. We dont cross company boarders with important news.

the numbers are trending in the correct direction. Better understanding on how the complete company is doing not just our departments would help.

the direction seams to be changing company policy's need to be communicated to all. Individual policy's that effect others are not communicated or training provided.

I don't take the insurance plan. we should have a opt out bonus. It would not need to be much. It saves the company thousands a year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the Nexius and Velex teams have been working more closely together the CPO module is working. We get to 80% and stall new policy's need to be driven to conclusion.
