great sense of humor. the whole team is great and makeing each other laugh.

I would like a raise. nothing massive is needed but a cost of living annual increase should happen.

sometimes. i am in a smaller market so because we do not have the same volume of work i often feel overlooked.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting in the field. i miss turning a wrench and it always feels great to be back out there even if for an hour.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they promote from within. its not very often i see an outside hire at the upper levels. that builds confidence that i can make it up the chain as well.
