Seems like it could be a good company. Just not sure what to think yet. It seems when issues come up it takes way to long to resolve them

Getting to work with a good crew
What are some of the best things about your team?
Current team I'm on is great. It's nice having people that all work good together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Materials not being correct. Frustrating seeing lots of waste with having to much of what we don't need and not what we do need
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do show they care. Just feels like they are handcuffed from get us what we need to successfully do our job. Parts and materials are an issue on every site. Lots of stuff we don't need and not enough of what we do need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market I live in is not affordable to live at current wages. I've a del taco and Starbucks with higher starting wage and better benefits. We have a much more dangerous and harder job. Probably why I see such a high turnaround of employees.
