What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In my position the only coworkers I really have are my management team. Most of the communication is updates or issues, not really co-working.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Consistent processes that don't change every month would help streamline some of my responsibilities. These teams are changing constantly under the guise of "growing" and responsibilities are shuffled around constantly.
