Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Show dedication, perseverance, and over performed even through a pandemic with minimal resources.... seems to be overlooked at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching others grow and be successful. Being challenged and the feeling of accomplishment comes with the territory of watching others rise to the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Through daily, weekly, and monthly changes, the team maintains focus and drives for success, even with all the unnecessary internal hurdles that are placed in front of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to the little man. Just because it works for one, doesn't mean it works for all. Focus on what makes individual markets successful and investigate the variables that create it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Creating growth for your peers and your team is pivotal in personal growth. If providing that opportunity is consistently taken away, you become less of an employee and more of a barcode.
