All the different ethnicities that work in the company but when it comes to solving a problem we all get together as one

I been working with few different guys lately so it is hard say anything but so far is the communication we have with each other
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with because I get to joke around with them all day and makes the day go faster and more importantly I make money to provide for my family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I came to a point to where I can't go any further. I would like to get involved in other things like integrations it's my goal but I don't want just to be an integrator I still want my position but I would like to get involved more so I can help the company more
