What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is full of brilliant, collaborative people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is very transparent & communicative. Some are incredibly inspiring, and very empathic and care about their teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that there are growth paths available to me, and my co-workers show a lot of respect and appreciation for the work that I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have answered no previously to the Benefits package part, but they recently made an update that was directly in response to employee feedback so I'm happy for that. They really listen to employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is incredibly important to Vena and its Venanites. There are a lot of companies that claim to have great culture, but I have never seen a company actually walk the walk here - it's really amazing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This may not be the case for everyone but I had quite a few interviews. I didn't find them particularly difficult - instead to me it said they were truly looking for fit and not for just qualifications on paper. Vena really takes care in hiring people that are qualified but more so are a culture fit
